Symptoms

On PeopleTools 8.57, When attempting to sign on to PeopleSoft via the PIA, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"bea.jolt.ServiceException: TPENOENT - no entry found"

"Application Server is down at this time."

No other major errors are observed in Web server and application server logs.
