Symptoms
When someone transfers (applies for transfer and processed via Manage Hires) and they have a value on Labor Agreement on the Job Labor tab in Job Data, that field is wiped out when the new row is added.
Go to Manage Hires and find someone with a transfer and process
Go to Workforce Administration >> Job Information>> Job Data verify labor agreement did not carry forward
