ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying bundle #53, the NSC reports is using the highest sequence number for address (ie uses 40 instead of 10) reported
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For it to use the lowest sequence number in reporting the address.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up the address usage with 10 being deceased and 40 being home.
2. Run the Ran SRPCCONA (Take Term Statistics Snapshot) and Ran SRPCCONP (Consolidate Acad Statistics) (Records and Enrollment -> Enrollment Reporting -> Consolidated Statistics)
3. Run the NSC report (Records and Enrollment>Enrollment Reporting>NSC Report)
4. Note that instead of using the Address Usage set up listed it’s only looking at and putting the Home Address Type (sequence #40)
