ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

TAM - Print Application Function Excluding Application's PDF Attachments

When using TAM's Print Application feature for some applicants, the resulting PDF file only included pages that summarize data from the application. All of the application attachments provided by the applicant, such as resume, transcripts, cover letter, etc., are missing from the final output. The original attachments are all in PDF format.


In our trace file, it shows there is a java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException error while merging files during the calling of method PTPDFMerger.mergePDFs, which is called in App Package HRS_PRNT_APPLN.PrintApplication in the generateReport method. This method is called on HRS_PRNT_APPLN.GBL.HRS_PRNT_APPWRK.HRS_GEN_REP.FieldChange Component PeopleCode.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect all of the Applicant's attachments to be included in the Applicant Detail Report.

STEPS

1. run the Print Application report
2. observe that the attachment is not included in the report.
