Fluid Cross Plan Validation Is Not Greying Out Options for Employee Self Service When Using Coverage Limit Percentage. (Doc ID 2558137.1)

In Fluid, 2x plans are configured with cross plan validation using the Coverage Limit(Pct) where the coverages are configured to be limited to 50%, 66.67% and 80%, but the plans which have coverages which do not meet this plan eligibility are able to be selected. For the 2x plans while using the Coverage Limit(Pct) to validate against, the error does generate when the enrollment is submitted, however all options are selectable and should be greyed out.

1. Cross plan validation is configured to permit some levels (%ages) of coverage and to not permit others.  Navigation: Setup HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Program Structure > Program Table, Plan Type and Option page for Medical, Cross Plan tab
2. Log in to employee self-service
3. Enroll in the first plan, they are then able to offer in any plan associated with the cross-plan configuration, and should not be able to.
