ExceltoCI results in Error changing value. {CI_JOB_DATA.COLL_JOB(1).PROP_ACCT_CD} (91,34) error when updating ACCT_CD in CI_JOB_DATA (Doc ID 2558208.1)

Symptoms

While trying to use the Excel to CI for job data (CI_JOB_DATA) to update the Combination Code field (ACCT_CD) for a set of associates. using the Action of UPDATE and have tried the Optional Keys options of both Yes and No. While updating the EMPLID, EMPL RECORD, EFF DT, EFF SEQ, ACTION, REASON CODE and COMBINATION CODE in the Excel to CI, on Submit the user is receiving the following error messages:

#1 - Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15,11)

#2 - Error changing value. {CI_JOB_DATA.COLL_JOB(1).PROP_ACCT_CD} (91,34)

#3 - Error saving Component Interface. {CI_JOB_DATA}

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open excel to CI template

2. Add connection information

3. Data Placed on Input tab

4. Submit Data and Input Login Information

5. Receive the errors :

#1 - Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15,11)

#2 - Error changing value. {CI_JOB_DATA.COLL_JOB(1).PROP_ACCT_CD} (91,34)

#3 - Error saving Component Interface. {CI_JOB_DATA}
