ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Required for Upgrade Package  and Upgrade Package Issue

After uploading the target database (CS 9.2 Tools 8.56.04 Image 8) to the PUM Image 13 Source database via Change Assistant 8.57.04 and defining the change package, it is created but never downloads into the configured Change Assistant Download Directory.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
A change package that is defined and created is expected to be in the download directory.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Successfully Deploy CS 9.2 PUM Image 13
2. Install Change Assistant 8.57.04 delivered with he PUM Image
3. Upload the target database to the PUM Image 13 Source database via Change Assistant 8.57.04
4. Use PUM to define the Change Package
5. Go to Change Assistant and try to select and apply the Change Package
