On : 9.2 version, Campus Access Mobile - Academic Records

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Official Transcript Request Not Saving State/Province When Sending to Provided Address

If you view the request number you generated in SA_REQUEST_DTL the state is missing. This is causing our transcripts to be printed without the state on the mailing address.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The province/state should appear in the address

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Academic Records Tile -> Request Transcript
2. Click 'Send to Address Provided Below'
3. Toggle 'Send to My Address' to No
4. Then hit 'Edit Address' link.
5. Fill in Address information including State/Province for CAN or US and Save.
Note: If you look at the address after saving it does not include the state.
