EEX 9.2: When Entering a Project on a Travel Authorization the "No Matching Values Are Found" Error Is Received (Doc ID 2559622.1)

Symptoms

When entering a project on a travel authorization the  following error is received:

 

Steps:

1. Make sure there are no rows in the EX_EE_PRIVILEGE_TMPL table
2. Go to Set Up Financials/Supply Chaing > Install > Installations > Product page
3. Make sure that the following products are not selected:
Project Costing
Grants
Maintenance Management
Program Management
Proposal Management
Resource Management
Services Procurement
4. Click the Save button.
5. Create a Travel Authorization
6. Enter a Project ID

Error:

"No Matching Values Are Found"
