EPY: Updateable W-4 Gives Submits for Approval, But Gives Error -- Admin Can See The Transaction But Cannot Approve (Doc ID 2560573.1)

Symptoms

On : HCM 9.2 version

When submitting an updateable W-4 that requires approval, the user gets the following error response back from the server:     

An exception occurred while submitting PDF data.

 

 

The admin does not get notified of an approval being generated, but they can see the approval by going to Fluid Approvals. If they try to approve the transaction, they get the following error:
