Symptoms

On : 9.1 MP 11 version, Direct journal deposit

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After creating a new bank the fund code is not getting inherited for direct journal accounting entries.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User expects the same behavior as the old bank where fund code was getting inherited.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new bank.
2. Chartfield inheritance is "always inherit" under setup fianancial - common definition - design chartfield - chartfield inheritance.
3.Create direct journal deposit with new bank and create direct journal acct entries.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get correct chartfields.
