ABMGT: Pay Groups Are Missing for Calendar Group When Absence Request Is Processed Retroactively (Doc ID 2560935.1)

Symptoms

GP Pay Groups from a previous calendar disappeared and it is causing for it to be skipped when an absence request was processed retroactively.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Management > Framework > Calendars > Calendar Groups
2. Note no Pay Groups are available for calendar group, but were included in the Template
3. Navigation: Global Payroll & Absence Management > Absence and Payroll Processing > Review Absence/Payroll Info > Results by Calendar Group
4. Calendar Group Results for an employee shows the Calendar ID is missing in the Segment Information by Calendar grid.
