Symptoms
An employee should be able to enter a date of death on a dependent's record but cannot because there is no Date of Death field on the Fluid Dependent/Beneficiary Info page.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Employee Self Service Homepage > Benefit Details tile > Dependent/Beneficiary Info.
2. Select a Dependent or Beneficairy.
