ETL9.2: Search Fields On Classic Approve Reported Time Page Different When Accessed Via Email Approval Link

When clicking the email link to approve Reported Time, the manager is taken to the Approve Reported Time page with the grid showing the employee as expected. However, if you expand the search criteria, all fields will be included in the list instead of what is listed in the Installation Defaults. (For instance, if the Business Unit field is turned off in Installation, it will still show up in the grid.) The search criteria grid is filtered correctly if the user logs in and navigates to the page normally instead of using the link.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click the reported time approval link in the email notification.
