Symptoms

Customer discovered that the delivered PDL (Prospect Data Load) process that is used to load test scores (GMAT, GRE, TOEFL, etc.) is broken after loading PUM 13. The issue is that the search/match configuration for 'No Match Found = Ignore' is not adhered to.
