Supplier Contact in Sourcing event is incorrect
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

supplier contact in sourcing event should be correct.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take a supplier with two effective Dated contact’s.
2. Create a event and invite bidder
3.Select a supplier and click on return to invite bidders
4.Click on supplier details.
Contact-1 is defaulted,where as contact-2 is the latest one

Due to this issue, system is not defaulting the latest contact information for the supplier
