FSA Worksheet Calculation Is Different Between Using Employee Self Service and On Demand Event Maintenance (Doc ID 2563638.1)

Symptoms

When employee has an event mid-year and chooses to enroll into FSA if the event is processed through On Demand Event Maintenance on the FSA Worksheet an incorrect value is displayed while on the Employee Self Service page the Pay Period Amount is calculated correctly according to the following formula (Annual Pledge - YTD Contribution) / Remaining Pay Periods in the year


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have an mid-year event for one employee.
2. Process it through On Demand Event Maintenance and choose to enroll into FSA with an Annual Pledge
3. Note that the per Pay Period amount is calculated differently between On Demand Event Maintenance and Employee Self Service page.
