Unable to set Bridge Network Adapter for PUM in 2016 Windows server

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Bridged Adaptor for PUM environment
2. Attempt to access it via the pia url outside of the network as well as failure on command prompt ping
3. Observe error
