Symptoms

 

AM Search for an Asset - Chartfield Search Criteria with multiple selections

When using the "Search for an Asset" page to retrieve assets based on both cost information and acquisition information, it yields no results.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Add Asset with Fund Code and Department
  2. Copy Asset 2X with the same to have results in Asset Search
  3. Search for an Asset with Chartfield Criteria
  4. Retrieve Check boxes: Cost and Acquisition Information
  5. Results are irrelevant or No Results
