Symptoms
Primary record is not terminated when Secondary assignment exists.
Additional assignment should have expected end date field value less then sysdate for existing row.
Replication Steps:

1. Additional assignment should have expected end date field value less then sysdate for existing row.
2. Add Termination row to the Primary record with effective date with current date.
3. Below error is triggered after warnings:
4. The Termination is not saved and the user needs to manually to update the end date for the secondary assignment.
