Emergency Contact Address Validation Fails In Employee Self Service With Message " Address has failed validation" and Invalid Data Gets Saved

When an user adds their emergency contact details including the Name, relationship , address and phone number on the Employee Self-Service, the Emergency Contact Address Validation Fails and the page allows to save invalid dat., i.e, The page pops up an error saying address is invalid but it also allows to save that wrong data.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Employee Self service > Personal Details and add Emergency contact details
2. Add address for emergency contact and save
3. Below Message is shown:
4. Click OK, the address will be saved even if it is invalid data entered.
