Symptoms

Auto enrolment report incorrectly outputs blank rows

We have noticed an issue whereby the csv report produced after completion of the GPGB_PEN_EN process is showing employees with a blank/missing pension event and status - where the employee should show as POSTPONEMENT / WORKER DEFERMENT.
This appears to be occurring for employees that have previously been in a pension scheme, and are now being worker postponed again i.e. because they are rehires.

Replication steps
====================
1. Output for employee that has event update of POSTPONEMENT and has no previous pension scheme data. Employee is displayed in output – as expected
 Pension scheme data – no schemes present (employee has never been enrolled)
 Pension Event Data – latest event is postponement
 
2. Output for employee that has event update of POSTPONEMENT and has previous pension scheme data (from old pension scheme). Employee is displayed with blank status and event in output – not as expected (should display as postponement)
 Pension scheme data – employee has old scheme data
 Pension Event Data – latest event is postponement (previously employee was in a scheme and was a termination, and was later rehired)
