Symptoms

When attempting to create a new case or open an existing case, after clicking on Solution tab and trying to search for something, the following error occurs:

 

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create New Case or Open existing Case

2. Click on Solution tab click on the Search after entering a search text. 

3. The error is encountered
