Group Box Header Titles Do Not Display on Employee Event Detail Plan Type Pages (Doc ID 2565377.1)

Symptoms

On the Plan Type page of the Employee Event Details component, the group box labels are missing; instead they display as "Group Box Header nn" where nn are numbers.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Review Processing Results > Employee Event Details.
2. Open the detail for an employee's event.
3. Select the Plan Type page.
