Users getting remote call error after database upgrade:
"Unable to initiate RemoteCall. User does not have write permission to directory C:\psoftxx\csxxxxappserv\csxxxx\logs" FUNCLIB_SR.RESOURCE_NAME.FieldFormula Name: ResouceQueue PCPC:1975 Statement: 17 Called from: CLAS_TBL. CLASS_SECTION SaveEdit Statment 16
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Maintain Schedule of Classes.
2. Access a class and make a change that triggers a cobol remote call process.
3. Error will occur.
Errors started after database upgrade.
