EPY: Error When Viewing W2 - Unable To Generate PDF Output (Doc ID 2565603.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Year-End

The Employee is unable to view W-2 in Employee Self-Service - Fluid.  

A pop-up window appears with the following error:

Unable to generate PDF output.
The system failed to generate the PDF output. Ensure that the XML data file is in the file attachment table and in the right format.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In Fluid - click on the Payroll Tile
  2. Click on W-2/W-2c Forms Tile
  3. Click on View Form
