EAM: AMPI1000.SQR - Physical Inventory Processor Is Deleting Data From PS_PI_ASSET_HIST (Doc ID 2565975.1)

On :  9.2 version PUM 28, Asset Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
AMPI1000.SQR - Physical Inventory Processor is deleting data from PS_PI_ASSET_HIST table at step 6, if delete all is selected.
As per PeopleBook, the Delete All option would delete data from the Extract Data, Scan Data, Result Data, and Transaction Data.
Further investigation found that the   "Delete-PI-Results" procedure in AMPI1000.SQR has a SQL statement which is deleting data from PS_PI_ASSET_HIST table as well.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is that the PI_ASSET_HIST table will not be deleted.  

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define Inventory Occurrence.
2. Run Physical Inventory up to Step 4.
3. Verify Table Output for PI_SCAN, PI_SCAN_SCOPE, PI_RESULTS, PI_ASSET_HIST, INTFC_FIN, INTFC_PHY_A, INTFC_PHY_B. All Tables populated.
4. Run Physical Inventory up to Step 4 with Delete All checked.
5. Verify Table Output for PI_SCAN, PI_SCAN_SCOPE, PI_RESULTS, PI_ASSET_HIST, INTFC_FIN, INTFC_PHY_A, INTFC_PHY_B. All Tables deleted.
6.  PI_ASSET_HIST should not have been deleted.
