Is there a particular set of steps required to bounce the database server and clear cache, after the Benefits Administration start date on the Installation table has been changed?

Navigation:  Set Up HCM > Product Related > Install > Installation Table > Product Specific tab > Benefits Functions sector > Start Date for BenAdmin field
