EGL9.2: Can PS_SOURCE_TBL Record Be Used in Route Control Type - Edit Table field?

There is a requirement to route necessary approvals to source option. Can PS_SOURCE_TBL record be used in Route Control Type - Edit Table field?
Under Route Control Type, when Edit Table field is populated with PS_SOURCE_TBL record, user cannot define a range of values based on Journal Source in Route Control Profile.
Steps:
1. Navigate to PeopleTools > Workflow > Routings & Roles > Route Control Types.
For Route Control Type, use Edit Table = SOURCE_TBL for Journal Source.
2. Then, in Route Control Profile, define the range based on Journal Source.
However, nothing shows up.
3. Using SQL tool, query from PS_SOURCE_TBL record shows valid rows.
