Goal

On :  9.2 version, Other Issue with eProfile Manager Desktop

Missing scroll bar and non responsive arrows on Decision support panel  

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
The Decision support panel contains topics for managers to help with GSS transactions. It displays only 4 topics and does not have a scroll bar if there are more then 4 topics displayed. Also the arrows next to the topics do not work. Nothing happens when user clicks on them.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Decision support panel to show scroll bar and when clicking on topics, it should open.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Manager and navigate to the update team information tile
2. Choose Promote transaction and click on any of the employee
3. The Decision support panel shows the topics . The arrows are dead(nothing happens when user
clicks on them)
4. If user clicks on the modal window, there are 5 topics . FAQ is visible only in the modal window
and not in the panel.
