CANNOT MARK ONBOARDING SUMMARY STEP COMPLETE WHEN A REQUIRED SUB STEP EXISTS (Doc ID 2568211.1)

Symptoms

Onboarding Substep making as required becoming all the steps are required in the whole group


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Created new Onboarding Template cloning the OBDUSA1 and removed few steps and tagged the New Template to the Employee
2.In the Template made the Emergency Contact Sub Step as required and Group Step Person Details as not required.
3.Navigated to ESS>OnBoarding>OnBoarding and completed the Emergency Contact Step has completed by providing the details.
4.Made other steps also completed manually
5.In the summary page clicked on the complete button, still it says ¿\required step should be completed¿
