ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When editing national ID on Personal Data, after tabbing out of NID field, the changed value reverts back to the prior value.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Field value should be changed after tabbing.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to PeopleSoft
2. Navigate to Workforce Admin > Personal Information > Modify a person
3. Select an employee with two rows in the National ID table. Employee MUST have two rows or the issue will not happen.
4. Scroll down to the National ID section and change the national id value for the employee
5. Tab out of that field and see the result revert to the original value.
