Chrome Browser 'hangs' When Trying To Login To Fincostco.opc.oracleoutsourcing.com For COSTFPRD (Doc ID 2568851.1)

Symptoms

Environment:

 PT 8.56.10 with FSCM 9.2 pre go live cloud (opc) env

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Chrome browser 'hangs' when trying to login to xxx.opc.oracleoutsourcing.com


When users try to login to production through public url the page will hang after signing in. The main page will not appear.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The page should not hang and display the home page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the old OMCS env ABC
2. Now login to the OCI env XYZ
3.Notice that the home page does not load and page hangs.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to XYZ after they login to the old env. Issue is affecting go live plans later this week.
