Validation Issue with Service Indicator Start and End Dates While Assigning to Students (Doc ID 2569238.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Constituent Data

When attempting to change the Start Date of existing Service Indicator, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
End Date cannot be before the Start Date.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Campus Community > Service Indicators (Student) > Manage Service Indicators.
2. Open existing Service Indicator
3. Change Start Date - error is shown immediately
4. Click OK in the error and adjust the End Date to be greater than Start Date, again, same error is shown.
Even when both Start and End Dates are valid.
