ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On an Ipad, the fluid tile shows an icon to expand the left side navigation in vertical orientation. When the ipad is flipped to horizontal, the icon disappears or stays expanded and covers part of the page depending on what tile is accessed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access fluid student homepage on ipad.
2. Click Academic Progress and then flip the ipad to horizontal orientation. Do same with Manage classes tile.
3. Note the expand button disappears or the menu stays expanded with no way to collapse it.
