Symptoms

When attempting to run the SCC_SL_SMSET process, the process abends and an error message appears in the output log. Also, this error can be seen when trying to add a person. 

 



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Run the Transaction Management process (or any other delivered process that creates new EMPLIDs)
OR
2. Adding a Person when the emplid assignment limit is met (Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Personal Information > Biographical > Add a Person)
