Symptoms

On : Campus solutions 9.2 version, Student Records Additional Features

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Grades are posted and changed and the students are not notified.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When a grade is changed we expect the student to be notified via email or push notification


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup notification framework

PeopleTools > Workflow > Notifications > Generic Templates    GRADE_CHANGED_EMAIL.
System admin> utilities > notifications > notification setup for grade changed email SCC_NTF_TMP_20130219223831
Change a grade on the grade roster  and look to see if the student received an email.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send automatic emails when grades post/change.
