EPY: Why Multiple Payroll Issues When Benefit Record Number was Changed for Employees After Paysheet Creation? (Doc ID 2569844.1)

Customer was completing a Mass Job change for Benefit Record number .  When They tested in Test, the Paysheets had not yet been created.

However, when they completed this in Production, the Paysheets had been created when the Benefit Record Numbers were changed in Job.  

This caused major issues for the Pay Calculation.  Deductions were missing, the changes were ignored.

Are the Preventative Measures mentioned in the Customer Attachment Overview_of_issue.docx accurate?
