DISP_TMPL_FAM_CD Field Value Is Blank When Rollback the CRM Data Archival Process (Doc ID 2569964.1)

DISP_TMPL_FAM_CD field value is blank when we rollback the CRM data archival process

Rollback from data archival process should be rollbacked properly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Run the Selection process (Main table to history table). Data copied from main to table to history table.
2) Run the Delete process (Delete main table data which was copied in to history table).
3) Run the Rollback process (Copied history table data in to main table). Process to run to success but "DISP_TMPL_FAM_CD" fields in RC_CASE was empty.

Have verified the fields between RC_CASE and RC_CASE_HST. Noticed that "DISP_TMPL_FAM_CD" was not there in RC_CASE_HST table. There is one more fields as "DISP_TMPL_ID". But value in that one is empty.
