ABMGT: Proxy Cannot Cancel Absence Requests When Using Fluid UI (Doc ID 2571314.1)

Symptoms

When the proxy clicks on Team Time, and goes to Cancel Absences page it shows No Direct Reports.

The Delegator's Direct Reports should be displayed for Proxy to cancel their submitted or approved absence requests.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Manager Self Service homepage > Team Time tile > Cancel Absences
2. Note, no direct reports are displayed
3. Expand the Search Options, and search for one of the Delegator's Direct Reports
4. Note, the search returned no results
