Future dated delegation roles are not getting assigned even after running HCDL_BATCH
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Add Future Dated Delegation Requests
Workforce Administration--> Self service Transactions--Approvals and Delegation--Administer Delegation -- Add Delegation request
Step 2: Accepted the requests by the Proxy on the date Delegation requests were created.
Under My Delegated Authorities,Select and click Accept.
Under Administer Delegation:Now the delegation status is Inactive which is correct.
Step 3: Run HCDL_BATCH process to change the Delegation request to turn active and assign delegation roles to Proxy
