ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying fix for bug 24328972 the BEN100A process is pulling in as implied terminations persons that did never have Health Dependents
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected for the BEN100A to calculate implied terminations only for the DEPENDENTS not for the employees
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 24328972
2. Run BEN100A.sqr
3. See the differences between an run prior to applying the patches and after
