Symptoms
After a Candidate Gateway user clicks Change Secret Question from their Account Information page, a blank popup page is Displayed. This page does not have any button to back out of the page
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The user should see the options to change the secret question.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Careers
2. Login with existing Candidate Gateway user or create new user
3. Select My Account Information
4. Click Change Secret Question
5. Blank popup page is displayed
