E-PORTAL : User session is lost when a remote homepage link is accessed in PIH (Doc ID 2572612.1)

Symptoms

User is kicked out when accessing the Remote homepage Link in PIH

HCM 9.1

PT 8.56.08

 

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a CREF in IHUB which points to HCM's Recruiting Home
2) Set the following in CREF.

Usage Type - Target
--URL information --
Node Name - HRMS
URL type - PeopleSoft Generic URL
Portal URL - /h/?tab=HC_RECRUITING_HOMEPAGE_TAB&pslinkid=UTZ_LINK_TO_HP_TAB

Then Click test content reference

3) Following error is shown

An error has occurred.
You may attempt to sign in again.
