Symptoms

Remote Call cobol and also sample cobols are failing on the new environment/server installation. Cobols have been compiled successfully and they've been copied to the correct PS_HOME\cblbina location.

The exact error is:
COBOL Program PTPNTEST aborted (2,-1) FUNCLIB_UTIL.RC_TEST_PB.FieldChange  PCPC:2151  Statement:26

On: PT8.57.06
Windows Server 2016 R2
Net Express WP 15

The issue can be reproduced with running the Remote Call test

1. PeopleTools > Utilities > Debug > PeopleTools Test Utilities
2. Click the Remote Call Test button.
