Symptoms
On the Process Monitor > Process Detail page, Run Anytime After is set to 5 hours ahead on Payment Dispatch (PMT_DISPATCH) processes only. Process should be scheduled immediately and not 5 hours later.
STEPS

1. Navigate to Financial Gateway > Process Payments > Schedule Payment Dispatch
2. Schedule PMT_DISPATCH process
- Process is scheduled with a time that is 5 hours into the future and not immediately as expected.
