ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The transaction management process, SCC_SL_SMP, is experiencing very long run times.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that SCC_SL_SMP should complete in a reasonable amount of time based on the amount of records being processed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Campus Community > Constituent Transaction Mgmt > Transaction Management Process
2. Run the Transaction Management process.
