E-AD: Compare Between Databases Not Setting Upgrade Flags Correctly (Doc ID 2574366.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.56 version, Application Designer

Issue reported on PT8.56.15.

After running a Project Compare Report, in Application Designer, from one database to another, the process recognized changes, but did not set upgrade flags correctly.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Application Designer in the source database and open the Project to be compared.
2. Select Tools > Compare and Report > To Database...
3. Perform the Compare.
4. Check that the upgrade flags were not properly set for definitions with changes in compare.
