EMM: Work Order Search On Task Asset (Doc ID 2574368.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Work Order Management search does not return work orders assigned to assets that are not the header asset. If two (or multiple) assets assigned to one work order, work order search will not return this work order as being assigned to the asset(s). This is a significant issue as work order visibility is limited to only header assets on the work order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that work order search will return work orders assigned to assets that are not the header asset.  

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Work Order with Task 1 (Header) and Task 2 Asset IDs.
2. Return to Menu and Search on Work Order for the Asset ID defined on Task 2.  

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not aware that work order exists for any assets not assigned in the Work Order Header (Task 1).
