Activity Guide has been cloned and when it is accessed from tile, it's throwing below error

Exception Occured: Context Data not available. Cannot pick an Activity Guide Instance. (219,5000) PTPPB_PAGELET.DataSource.ActivityGuideDataSource.OnExecute Name:createAGException PCPC:142968 Statement:1969 Called from:PTPPB_PAGELET.DataSource.ActivityGuideDataSource.OnExecute Name:executeInit Statement:399 Called from:WEBLIB_PTAI.ISCRIPT3.FieldFormula Name:IScript_FluidAGPreLoad Statement:56

Replication Steps:
--------------------------
Cloned the delivered activity guide into “HKU Fluid Registration”.
Created the below task configuration by copying from the delivered task “Fluid Registration"
Able to see in the task list.
Login with student user.
Click on Tasks Tile
Select HKU Fluid Registration
Below error appears
